CEO Mathew Alan Rayner, gave birth to the idea of Rockstar Cars in July of 2003. Matt Rayner has been in the auto industry for several years and started Rockstar Cars independently. He wanted to help not one particular audience with purchasing vehicles but rather cater to anybody's car buying needs. He designed a company that will eliminate the "Headache" experience of purchasing new and preowned vehicles and strives to provide his customers with the best customer service possible.
